Jen Moff is a domestic abuse survivor and recovering codependent, but more importantly, she is a Wonder Woman. Jen embraces Mindfulness in her life and describes Mindfulness as a beautiful and powerful tool that helps to heal and find peace. Jen says: “I have lived, I have learned, I have stumbled—but I got up. And you will too.”
Jen is a coach to women and a speaker. In her coaching she uses MBLF (Mindfulness Based Life Coaching) – it has made Jen into the Wonder Woman she is today.
