I’m so excited that you’ve chosen to take the “Fine Tune Your Focus 5-Step Challenge”.
I put together this challenge because I’ve listened to you. I’ve polled my followers. I’ve asked “what frustrates you most in your life right now”. More and more of you are saying “Bruce, I am struggling with focus. I’m having trouble concentrating. I just can’t seem to stay focused.”
This 5 Day Challenge will introduce you to meditation in an easy, non-threatening way. Meditation is part of many people’s mindfulness practice. The daily videos I’ll be sending you are perfect for beginning meditation or anyone who wants to experience a different, guided meditation.
Although these are videos, you may choose to close your eyes and listen to the audio only. Your choice.
The challenge is to listen to the track of each video through to the end. No matter how you meditate, you can’t do it wrong as long as you do it. Stick with it to the end of your challenge.
It may be easy for you to stay in the daily routine of experiencing all five videos, or it may be challenging.
Make up your mind to experience them all and you will have met with success in this 5-day challenge.
